    Product Description and Application

    Invar 36 is also known as Nilo 36,Pernifer 36, ASTM F1684, UNS K93600,

    Invar 36 has low coefficient of expansion and good plasticity at -60 ° C to 80 ° C atmospheric temperature variations. It is a special iron nickel alloy with an ultra-low coefficient of expansion. The control of carbon and manganese components is very important. It has a stable low expansion coefficient in a specific temperature range. Invar36 is resistant to corrosion in dry air at room temperature. Corrosion (rust) will occur in other harsh environments, such as humid air.

    Applications: bimetallic active layer materials, clamps for measuring instruments, astrotelescope components, optical instruments, metal molds for CFRP, antenna components, shielding frames for FPD, inspection clamps for semiconductor, processing clamps for semiconductor, temperature controller and waveguide.
