Product Introduction
Inconel 601 rod (bar) is a high-performance Ni Cr Fe based solid solution strengthened alloy bar with excellent high-temperature strength, oxidation resistance and corrosion resistance. Its main components include nickel (58%-63%), chromium (21%-25%) and iron (surplus), as well as a small amount of aluminum (1.0%-1.7%) and carbon (0.10% maximum). These ingredients give Inconel 601 rod excellent corrosion resistance, especially in high temperature and corrosive environment. Inconel 601 rod can still maintain good oxidation resistance at temperatures as high as 1200 ° C (2200 ° f). Even during heating and cooling cycles, it can form a dense oxide film, which has high spalling resistance. It has good mechanical properties at room temperature and high temperature, with tensile strength of 550 MPa (annealing treatment) and elongation of 40%. Inconel 601 rod is widely used in pallets, baskets and fixtures in heat treatment plants, steel wire split annealing and radiation tubes, high-speed gas burners, wire mesh belts in industrial furnaces, isolation tanks in ammonia reforming and catalytic support grids in nitric acid manufacturing, exhaust system components, combustion chambers of solid waste incinerators, pipe supports and soot treatment components.
